Well, she did it again! Complete transformation. I gave her artistic license and the results are amazing. Franny gave me a gorgeous haircut, color and highlights. The best part about her haircuts is that I don't have to get a maintenance cut every 3-4 weeks like you would normally for a short haircut. Her technique is perfect. Franny is so so so good at what she does for me: dry cutting! She manages to nail all the expectations I have for my hair: it should be cool, but polished, low maintenance but glamorous, easy to air dry, but look awesome with a blowout, look good for months on end without losing its shape-- and I always leave it up to her to make it 'not boring.' All this to say I have some lofty asks, and she always delivers. I guess the highest compliment is that my very stylish friends (I'm not biased ;) have asked for a referral to whomever cuts my hair-- and they look pretty darn good (still, not biased ;) -- I feel so lucky to have this talented stylist on my beauty roster. PS she's easy to talk to throughout the cut-- and that is a big deal. -SARAH S

I followed Franny over from another salon and haven't looked back! After all, her cuts are great, they last a long time, and she offers complimentary bang trims. Plus, the salon is relaxing (not the least bit rushed as other salons tend to be) and private. My experience has been five star all the way !! -Vera G

Franny is the best! I shaved my head in November and I'm growing it back out. Fran is helping it stay stylish during this waiting period. She knows my goals and was happy to look at my photos for different looks I had in mind for when my hair reaches various lengths as it grows out. I trust her completely to help me reach those hair goals and keep it cute in the meantime. My hair grows fast and not always evenly - I get what I call an at-risk mullet so she made she I wasn't growing a tail anymore. She trimmed the sides and got my hair to calm TF down in the top/front area, which I was unable to tame and style before. I am loving it and so happy with her service and the end result. I finally feel polished and feminine again even with the short hair. She's also an absolute sweetheart. Highly recommend her!!! -Jessica P.
